• Click the My Account button at the upper right of any page
• You can edit your username, password, and e-mail address
• Click the update button

2. How do I stop receiving message board thread post notifications that are emailed to me?

To unsubscribe, simply do not click the link in the next notification you receive. You "re-subscribe" to a topic's notifications each time you click the link in the topic's notification message.

To unsubscribe from Biggest Loser Club email newsletters, simply click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter you receive.

4.  How do I cancel my membership?

• Click the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the member site.

• Then, click the "Cancel Account' button and follow the instructions provided.

• Before you cancel your membership, please refer to our cancellation policy in the terms and conditions. You may cancel your subscription after your initial registration, unless the offer you have selected specifically does not permit cancellation within a specified time period. To cancel, please call our Customer Service Team toll-free Monday though Friday between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST.
