To further personalize your program you can tell us what type of foods you do or don't eat. Please keep it mind that by clicking Update My Preferences on this page you will lose your current meal plans and we will generate a new set of plans.

 
     
 
   
         
 
  What happens when I change my diet preferences or diet goals?

You can personalize your goals by entering diet preferences. For example, if you are a vegetarian or have a food allergy, you can specify these guidelines so that your meals will be tailored specifically to you.

Your calorie range and meal plans are all determined by the Diet Preferences and Diet Goals you set, so when you make a change, it will impact the foods and calories in your Meal Plan, as well as change your shopping lists to reflect the new foods. So make these changes carefully, and be sure to follow the updated Meal Plan that results.

 
 

How do I get to
Diet Preferences?
 
  1. Click the "My Diet" tab in the global top navigation bar of the main Club site.
  2. In the section's sub-navigation bar, click
    "Diet Preferences."
 
         
  Diet Goals

Setting a weight loss goal dramatically increases your chances of success. Enter or update your goal here; your goals will be used for us to provide you with a personalized program.
