How do I get to Choose your Cardio Exercise? |

- Click the "My Fitness" tab in the global top navigation bar of the main Club site; the My Workout Plan page will be displayed.
- Click on the next day/previous day links, if necessary, to reach a "cardio day" based on your fitness plan. (On the My Workout Plan page, "My Fitness Preferences" are listed on the left, which will show which days you have chosen as cardio and strength days.)
- Scroll down the page to "Today's Cardio Exercises," and click the "Choose a Cardio Exercise" button.
